Turtle Beach Give Headache

: my one day of the promotion "overvalued Your Bra"

Today I went into the shop INTIMISSIMI Via Torino, Milan, for one day of the promotion "overvalued Your Bras" I mentioned HERE.

Here are the data departure, based on what they read on the site INTIMISSIMI .

a) the promotion's start date and end date 18/10 30/11
b) for each bra delivered, if you purchase a 3-euro discount immediately.
c) in the lead, for example, 10 old bras, it may take 10 new at a discount of about € 3 each.
d) the promotion is valid at participating stores. Surely not include shops in Livigno.

My experience, which took place through dialogue and peaceful pacificissimi:

1) on the sign in the window, the date of the end of the promotion is shown to be the 24/11/2010 .

2) having a particular size (I will not dwell on this detail), I know that the cuts proposed by Intimissimi, being standard, are not for me. As a result I immediately asked if we could have another type of prodotto.La response was, initially, and rightly so, no.

3) then I asked if we could also leave the old bras into the trash can, giving the discount. Again, the answer was negative , as it should in theory "fiscalizzare" thing. To clear my doubts, since the bra was "scrapped" box and has no bar code and since I'd given up voluntarily to any type of discount, I was asked to wait for a more detailed response by a supervisor, contacted by telephone order.

3) at this point I was asked to join the promotion by buying products such as sweaters, under jacket, pajamas (in each case, products with higher price than underwear). I agreed and I took two turtlenecks microfiber.

But my concern remains, namely:

Why have not I been able to recycle my bra, voluntarily giving up the rebate?
Just Marketing?
face of a declaration of love for nature, Intimissimi would do a better shape responding positively to my requests as point 3)?

I hope to have answers to these questions, absolutely no controversy, but born of a little personal disappointment ... Thanks anyway
the kindest committed, that they found the infamous compromise.
:)

look, rather, your story!
